For direct transfer, include your name and the conference bank account number (above), and be sure to pay your bank’s service charges for the bank transfer. Applicants’ registration fees, accommodation, and fees for accompanying guests must be paid in dollars. You will be notified promptly of any cancellations, schedule or program changes. The organizing committee will confirm your enrollment in the program by Email, and provide information on travel, accommodations, and final registration.
Cancellation policy
A 40 US$ administration fee will be withheld for cancellations received in writing prior to April 1, 2009. No refunds will be issued after this date.
A 50% refund on field trips will be given if cancelled prior to May 20, 2010. There will be no refunds on field trips after May 20, 2010.
