Reception, registration and registration fees
The registration desk will be in the lobby of Yingbinlou Hotel (CUG hotel) at the East campus and will be open at 7:00-12:00am, and 14:00-20:00 pm on June 3rd. At other times, registration will be accessible in the room 8105 of the hotel.
Full payment must accompany the in-situ registration if you did not pay before: full participants 350 US$, students 200 US $, accompanying members 150 US$.

Location of the conference halls
ACCOMMODATION
The following three- and five-star hotels on the CUG campus or nearby have been provisionally reserved at conference rates for all ICG 2010 participants. No deposit is required to reserve a room, but allocation will be on an FCFS (First Come, First Served) basis.
CUG Hotel (three-star), 50 US$ per night for a standard double-bed room with suite facilities.more
Mengtianhu Hotel (three-star), 60 US$ per night for a standard double-bed room.
Ramada Hotel (five-star), 100 US$ per night for a luxury suite, 150 US$ per night for a business suite.more
Icebreaker party
The get-together “Icebreaker Party” is planned in the Zhendanyuan Restaurant, starting at 18:00pm, 3rd June. The Restaurant is about 50 m North of Yingbinlou Hotel.

Venues
Most activities of the conference will take place at the East campus of CUG. Reachable distance is about 50 m among the three conference halls (Yingbinlou Auditorium, Huibinlou Conference Hall, and Octagon Conference Hall)

Oral presentations
15 minutes will be allowed for each oral presentation and 30 minutes for each keynote speech. The official language of the conference will be English.
Weather
Wuhan lies at subtropical zone with humid monsoon climate, abundant rainfall and sunshine. In the last thirty years, the annual average rainfall in June was 151mm, with 12 rainy days. The typical lowest and highest temperature in the early June is 20℃ and 28℃, respectively.
Insurance
The conference organizers are not able to make any responsibility for any accident of injury or loss or damage of property that may occur during the conference and field excursions. Please arrange relevant insurances for your own before attending the conference.
